I explicitly, repeatedly communicated to this contractor that I wanted a general quote based on the photos and measurements provided. I know that means the quote will not be precise, ad was fine with it being just verbal if necessary. I expressly stated they were not to visit the property since I did not yet own it. They STILL trespassed onto the property, without ANY prior notice, to take measurements before they would provide any quote whatsoever. Disrespectful!

I will not be using this contractor. That's no way to win the business of a new customer.

Bayview exteriors did my roof and siding 3 months ago and I'm happy with the results. They did an awesome job. I'm real pleased with their work and recommended to a few friends it had their siding then and they're happy with the results also. thanks Bayview Exteriors

Robert was very attentive to my needs. Price was competitive. Had some issues with the initial results, however they were dealt with effectively, in a timely manner, and without any attempt to add charges. I would use them again.

I called this place to get an estimate on a repair on my roof. They made an appointment with me for the following monday at 10am. They didnt show.....after calling them 10 times they finally answer at 11am and he wasnt on the way and didnt even sound awake. He apologized for forgetting my appointment and said he could come right away. I agreed to give him a second chance....then after 45 mins of waiting i get a call saying he came to my house and i didnt answer the door so he left. He chose to call me AFTER he left. Not when he was at my house AFTER. When i was litterally sitting in my livingroom with the tv off just waiting for him since 10am. He said he knocked, but theres no way cuz i was sitting right near the door. poor service, i agree with the other bad reviews. Doesnt show up and doesnt seem to care

Usually I take negative reviews with a grain of salt but they’re correct on this one. Scheduled for an estimate on the peninsula at 4. The technician, Robert, misjudged traffic up from the southside. 20 minutes prior to the appointment, he called and said he’s not coming. When I said that I would be moving in another direction on the roof, he proceeded to make a rude comment, sarcastically saying then he wished I would’ve told him so he didn’t stick himself in traffic, and proceeded to hang up abruptly.

Apparently he had called earlier and asked if the appointment could be moved back. Well buddy, not everyone has access to their personal phones during work hours. In fact, some of us work in secure facilities that do not allow for camera phones. But an appointment is an appointment. If an estimator cannot be professional with that, then I shudder to think at what will be done when a roof of all things is at stake.
